Burmese Green Papaya Salad

Ingredients

1 raw papaya peeled and grated

6 minced green chillies

Salt

2 white finely minced onions

1 small bunch chopped coriander leaves

1/2 cup thick tamarind water

Dissolved with 1 tbs. jaggery

Directions

Chop and mix all the ingredients (except tamarind water) well together in a bowl.

Pour the tamarind water on top.
